Online Mental Health First Aid Training

This course is delivered online and delivers the same high quality courses online. Carried out on the MHFA learning platform, you will learn the same material and be given the same learning resources as you would if you were meeting us physically.

At least one in four people in the UK are affected by a mental health condition at some point in their life.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. Everyone on an Adult MHFA course is taught a set of skills which enables them to support someone experiencing mental health issues.

Each and every MHFA course is delivered by one of our quality assured instructors who has attended the seven day instructor training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.
