Return to work programme helping individuals to find sustainable employment
SETAS delivered Help to Work in Epsom & Ewell Borough, and Horsham District.
This contract has now ended with all customers referred having completed the programme.
Sub-contracting for Kennedy Scott we worked with 113 people, offering 1-2-1 support for individuals.
Many customers had multiple barriers to work or were long-term unemployed (12-months +). These included lone-parents, ex-offenders, people with physical disabilities and health conditions, learning disabilities / difficulties and 50+.
We are delighted with the performance on this contract, which has enabled many people to achieve employment, some for the first time. We're still completing the final stages of supporting customers who are in their first six-months of work, which will end by June 2020.

Job starts as a result of Help to Work - 56 (50% of starts)
Job starts achieving minimum 13-weeks in-work - 53 (95% of job starts). Successfully claimed to date - 46 (96% of contract target of 48)
Job starts achieving minimum 26-weeks in work - 50 (89.3% of job starts). Successfully claimed to date - 40 (95% of contract target of 42)
